Dan Parmley Jr - M151A2 - ROPS, Desert, MERDEC

Found this at a local estate auction

No rust & super straight. Was just going to do a quick rebuild and sell but decided to go just about as far as you can go. I intended to keep it, but to many people wanted it.....

Finished out with lots of NOS parts.

Restored as a Arizona National Guard EOD vehicle. Vehicle ended up with NOS -  Engine & Transmission, Wiring harness, ROPS kit with all components, NBC warning and alarm kit, Decontaminator, Seat cushions, Top, Lights, Warming light kit, and many more NOS parts. This was a very clean detailed vehicle when finished. This ended up going to a South Vietnamese Army officer that moved to the US after the Vietnam war.

Dan Parmley Jr - M151A2 - USMC Fast Attack Vehicle

Found this on Ebay in 2000ish in North or South Carolina???

Original USMC M151A2 FAV - Very late 1979 contract built in 1982. Very straight and no rust. Most everything original to the FAV "kit" was still with the vehicle.

Very rare original USMC FAV with MK19 40mm & other weapons

Restored with all the original USMC FAV parts. Stripped down to bare steel and all body work done and nice new clean components installed. All original data plates and marking were retained. I still own this one, and have acquired another brother to this one with different unit markings.

Ehren Rauch - M151A2

I bought this jeep from a Vietnam Vet in 2018. He had purchased it, got it running, and then put it

in the very back of a large shop for over a decade. He believed it was an M151A1, because the tag on

the dash said so. It had a mix of M151A1 parts and marine corps A2 parts, but was also missing lots of things. I got it running again and replaced/repaired a lot of the parts to make it correct for a 1970’s A2.

The markings are a tribute to a co-worker who was 1st armored/ 27th field artillery. I use it for

driving around town, parades and veterans events.
